What is KaraUke?

KaraUke is a live band karaoke experience like no other and has been entertaining the masses since 2007! You front a full band of ukuleles and accompanied by bass and drums. This is real live music - instead of singing along to a cheesy video the band are right there with you on stage! You don’t need to worry about forgetting how a song goes, we’ll help cover ...if you need!

As part of the experience we also out song books online so anyone can sing along from the audience. Instead of being in a karaoke booth with just a few mates you’re in a bar, singing your heart out to your old friends and the new friends you’re yet to make. If you’ve always dreamed of being the lead singer of your own band, we can help you! If you haven’t, then now’s your chance to try!

The KaraUke songbook is broad and varied with genres ranging from rock, pop and rap (you’d be surprised what
we can make work on the ukulele!) and from as far back as the 60s right up to the present day. The list is updated regularly so take a look at the latest one here.

We’re based in central London and you can usually catch KaraUke performing monthly at a various bar venues - here's our upcoming events.

As well as performing monthly in London, KaraUke have been invited to perform at many events and festivals such as Glastonbury, Bestival, Camp Bestival, Crisis at Christmas, Meatopia, and many more.
